PLACEMENT INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE:

All these three interviews were HR interviews (Not that much technical stuff). The basic thing to crack an HR interview is speaking confidently.

TIPS TO ASPIRANTS:

First and foremost you should have a strong technical side. If that is strong then you need to focus on expressing that correctly.

Even if the technical aspects in your resume are not that strong you should have strong points to defend you. Like in my case, I had a very low CG as compared to my 10th and 12th marks. But then I had number of co-curricular activities by which I took their focus from low CG to something which were my strong point.  Also, you should be well prepared to justify every point in your resume.

As far as GD is concerned, if you have a good communication skill and number of facts then well and good .  But for those who have less number of points instead of speaking anything absurd try to focus on those points and at the right time. And try not to make your GD a fish market. If you have a low pitch then you will have to speak at least the first line loud enough to shut others mouth. And always remember there is a difference between shouting and speaking loud.
